Guitar BCN 2015: The Jayhawks

The trilogy made up of 'Sound of Lies' (1997), 'Smile' (2000) and 'Rainy Day Music' (2003) makes up the most-inspired stage in recent history of the career of The Jayhawks, pioneers of the warmest and brightest side of the Americana sound. Their wonderful and memorable pop melodies always respect the group's American roots but also look forward. To celebrate the re-release of this already classic and timeless triad of albums, Gary Louris, Marc Perlman, Tim O'Reagan, Karen Grotberg and Kraig Johnson – that is, the 1997 line-up – are geared up for one of those tours that looks to be unforgettable.
