Mas i Mas Festival 2013: Lou Donaldson Quartet

At nearly 87 years old, Lou Donaldson is the oldest jazz legend still working. His name is one that lent prestige and singularity to a label as historical as Blue Note, together with other outstanding contemporaries  such as Art Blakey, Horace Silver and Lee Morgan. Elegance, sophistication and rhythm define the style of this saxophonist who brings the cadence of soul and funk to the language of jazz.
