Time Out says

Under the name Dour Festival, this weekend's dose of Piknic brings to the gardens of Montjuïc names like Mr. Scruff (3pm), aka Andy Carthy from Manchester, who plays across genres, somehow fitting in soul, funk, hip hop, jazz, reggae, Latin, African, ska, disco, house, funk, breaks, soundtracks and loads more; Mathieu Fonsny, aka Matmat, aka Surfing Leons (4pm), a Belgian artist with a clear leaning towards the house sounds out of Berlin and London; Thibaut Berland, better known as Breakbot (5.30pm), a French producer and DJ mostly known for his remixes by artists including Röyksopp, Digitalism, and Chromeo; Breakbot shares the stage with Irfane, whose 'Baby I'm Yours' video has won plenty of awards; and Belgian-born, Berlin-based producer Seba, aka Kill Frenzy (7.30pm), who has an infinite affinity for crude, lewd, deep and dark vibrations and whose love for bizarre yet melodic, catchy underground house and techno is what has drawn in DJs and dancers worldwide, making him a force to be reckoned with. Getting the day started is DJ Coco (1pm), a key to understanding the local and national independent and electronic scene, and resident DJ at Barcelona's Nitsa Club.
