The Manabitas (people from the coast of Ecuador) mostly chose Barcelona to emigrate to. Mountain Ecuadorians live mainly in Madrid, meanwhile. And so Barcelona is greatly influenced by Manabí, an area that is filled with lovely countryside and beautiful women. This excellent representative of this region of Ecuador also specialises in seafood, crabs, catfish and umbrines.
