Festival Flux 2014

Ninth edition of the FLUX video festival, known from its early days for highlighting the efforts of all those who work in creative video (video art, documentaries, video installations, etc.). This year the main featured artists are Juan Bufill, Kònic THTR and Lydia Zimmermann, and there will be solo screenings, conversations with the three and premieres of their self-portraits, previously unseen works commissioned by the festival. In addition, the silent video installation 'Flux Mut' features the work of Eugeni Bonet 'The Perception of Doors', while 'FLUX VideoCapsa', the collective video installation, experiments with alternative exhibition formats for videographic works, including work by Albert Alcoz, Pierre Bastien, Juan Gamero, Juan Leandro, Xmark, Alberto Merino, Victoria Eugenia Mora, Jesús Ramos, Nuno Rebelo and Ana Rodríguez León. For its inauguration, the festival will host a performance by Pere Faura and Iñaki Álvarex with the show 'Diari d'accions'.
