La Mercè 2016: The Ciutadella by day

Whether you speak fluent French or you can only say 'oui', everyone is welcome to the Parc de la Ciutadella where artists and performers from Paris, Barcelona and other cities from arond the world await to shae their art with you. Dance, circus, street art performers, the ephimeral (and enormous!) cardboard constructions of Olivier Grossetête, the combination of mechanical and electronic puppets from Electric Circus of The Netherlands, master classes from urban dance company Brodas Bros with their amazing international hip hop, and the unusual merry-go-rounds from France's Théatre de la Toupine.
