The Publican may be known for its pork selection, but a rumor has been quietly spreading for months: Save room for dessert. That’s because Anna Shovers, the Publican’s pastry chef, is doing work that’s worth forgoing pork rinds. Shovers spent time working on the savory side of the line, so her desserts perfectly complement the rest of the menu.
