Beets Me by Bryson Ryan of Drumbar

Kid's mocktail
2 ounces fresh beet juice
1/2 ounce fresh orange juice
3 drops vanilla extract

Beet slice garnish

1. In a shaker with ice, combine all ingredients; shake hard.
2. Pour into cocktail (martini) glass
3. Garnish with beet slice.

Adult cocktail
Add to mocktail:

1 ounce orange liqueur
1.5 ounces Pierre Ferrand Cognac Ambre
0.5 ounces Pedro Ximenz Sherry

Orange peel garnish (in addition to beet slice garnish)

1. In a shaker with ice, combine all ingredients; shake hard.
2. Pour into cocktail (martini) glass.
3. Garnish with beet slice and orange peel.
