This Scandinavian gourmet store is a fixture not just in Andersonville but in the Midwest as well. Open since 1925, the delicatessen is one of only a few that imports goods from Scandinavian countries. Shoppers flock from the suburbs and the rest of the country to browse the selection of pickled herring, Swedish candies, lingonberries, bond ost and västerbottensost cheeses and the ever-popular Swedish meatballs.
