Piggyback Tavern

Piggyback Tavern, located in Downtown Forest Park just 9 miles west of the Chicago Loop, is all about bbq & beer ... tacos & tequila. ABC Channel 7"s "Hungry Hound" Steve Dolinsky featured us on his TV show and recommends Piggyback.

Our Q is dry-rubbed and smoked fresh every day over hickory, oak and cherry wood. Brisket, pulled pork, chicken and ribs are the focus. Three signature bbq sauces are served table-side. Our tasty tacos are great on their own or on the side. In addition to bbq & tacos, we have an open fire grill that we cook our burgers and chops on. As for the bar, we've got 20 craft beers on draft that we rotate, over 20 cool beers in can, over 20 tequilas, over 20 whiskeys and bourbons, several margaritas, and a fun wine list.

Our lower level speakeasy lounge features craft cocktails and a cool vibe.
