Originally built in the 1500s, the complex has been restored, and now includes two large, working five-sail mills and one smaller four-sail watermill with bare stone walls and a thatched roof. The watermill is part of an range of stone buildings, and its many functions are outlined in different rooms such as the bakery, the weigh room and the engine room. There's a coffee shop in one of the lovely old stone buildings and a working bakery.
