The opposite of an extensive cocktail menu, the expert mixologists create a bespoke drink based on your preferences, whatever spirit you bought to the bar, and the extensive ingredients and liqueurs they have on hand. A digital sign-up sheet is available online, and slots are either two hours (four cocktails) or three hours (six cocktails). On the weekends, the same friendly staff serves up bottomless Prosecco or Bloody Mary brunch. In that case, you can leave the booze at home.
