Time Out says

When the usual pubs aren’t cutting it, far-flung friends come to down, and date nights are turning too predictable, Drop Dead Twice is waiting in Christchurch with its innovative BYOB solution. The opposite of an extensive cocktail menu, the expert mixologists create a bespoke drink based on your preferences, whatever spirit you bought to the bar, and the extensive ingredients and liqueurs they have on hand. A digital sign-up sheet is available online, and slots are either two hours (four cocktails) or three hours (six cocktails). On the weekends, the same friendly staff serves up bottomless Prosecco or Bloody Mary brunch. In that case, you can leave the booze at home.

Time Out tip: On Wednesdays, all slots are discounted by €5 per person.
