Free Outdoor Cinema: Highway

Fancy spending your Sunday at an outdoor cinema? The folks from Merdeka KL host this free public film screening featuring Deepak Rauniyar's 2012 film, 'Highway'. The Nepalese film sees five individuals stuck in an ill-fated bus journey from eastern Nepal to the capital Kathmandu; the only passable road is blocked from a strike. As they await a resolution to the strike, we find out more about their relationship stories and their lives. English subtitles provided.
