In celebration of Earth Hour, Checkers Cafe will be having a special menu prepared based on several energy-saving and environmentally friendly methods. Dishes on the menu include foie croquette with Yuzu marmalade tapas, Australian king fish sashimi with pastrami spice, organic chicken ballantine, and steamed chocolate brownies topped with organic hazelnut ganache for dessert.
From 8.30pm-9.30pm, Dorsett Regency KL will also be having its own Earth Hour celebration in the hotel lobby featuring a photography contest themed 'In the dark'. Entry for this competition is through purchase of the hotel's Earth Hour t-shirt available for sale in March.
