Essence Valentine's buffet

If you have a big appetite and so does your partner, this buffet spread is a perfect choice as no less than two hundred dishes will be on display. Ranging from local to Western cuisine, some of the dishes available are seared scallops with lemon thyme and apple salad, a made-to-order sushi bar, cheese platters, oysters, beef rendang Wellington with spinach and mushroom, baked stuffed chicken thigh with Napolitano squid ink tagliatelle and as dessert, a sea of chocolate delights like the chocolate Jivara mousse with apricot compote.
