The Taj will be tempting diners with jheenga (the Urdu name for prawn) in their special menu throughout the months of March and April. Expect a variety of prawn delicacies including Tandoori Jheenga (tiger prawns marinated in mild spices and yoghurt, grilled in tandoori oven), Jheenga Koliwada (spicy deep friend prawns in Koliwada style), Jheenga-e-Gulshen (mixed salad mango and dry fruits, grilled prawns with yoghurt and prune dressing), Mirehiwala Jheenga (sauteed prawn with onion, tomatoes, green chillies, garlic, anchovies with spices) and Goan Prawn Curry.
