This New Year countdown buffet includes festive dishes such as roasted sirloin, roasted chicken roulade with black pepper mango sauce, pan-seared black cod in capers and shallot beurre blanc, slipper lobster and prawn gratin with fennel and star anise, and many more. The next day on January 1, Kitchen Art Brasserie’s New Year high tea has a wide selection of appetisers and main courses like freshly shucked oysters and crab claws, smoked and marinated salmon, whole baked prime ribs, pan fried cod fish, stewed black mussels and lamb chops with garlic and wild berries sauce.
