Merdeka Day at Cinnamon Coffee House

Celebrate the nation's 57th Independence Day with a grand feast of local and international flavours. In place of dishes found at the usual buffet line is a series of show kitchens featuring local highlights such as ayam masak madu, mixed seafood with bechamel sauce and melted cheese, kambing and tulang dalcha, ayam percik berkuah, daging gulai kawah, and buttered prawn among many others.
