Mexican Fiesta at Serena Brasserie

Two Mexican chefs from Presidente InterContinental Mexico will be cooking up a Mexican feast this month. Expect Mexican favourites in the buffet spread such as tortilla chips with avocado dip, quesadillas, meatballs with chili sauce, barbecued lamb and as dessert, creme caramel and churros.
