Mandarin Oriental’s all day dining restaurant will plate up elegant versions of Malay favourites such as sup ekor sapi, nasi minyak petai, udang galah lemak cili api and ayam goreng kunyit bawang cili. Finish off with bubur kacang hijau durian at the dessert ‘island’. The spread will also be served at the hotel’s newly renovated Diamond Ballroom from Jul 16 to Aug 1 at the same price.
