Serena Brasserie Ramadhan buffet

Inspired by P Ramlee, this buffet spread is themed on his songs and films – even the servers will be dressed in '50s outfits. Among the dishes served are roasted and steamed chicken rice, murtabak, ikan bakar, satay, oxtail soup, gulai kawah and sotong goreng kunyit. Finish off with teh tarik, pandan cheesecake, date cake and air batu campur. For bookings of more than 20 persons, there will be a 20 percent discount.
