Signature Christmas Menu

Signature Restaurant and Bar at the newly opened The Roof is serving a five-course dinner on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. You can have a choice of two dishes for your main out of the three options: chargrilled rack of lamb, pan seared black cod or roasted chicken roulade stuffed with cheddar and spinach. Additionally, there will be a Christmas Day buffet luncheon for which you can choose to have with free flow champagne and wine.
