Tatsu Kaiseki set menu

Tatsu's five-course Kaiseki set is exactly the sort of thing to impress. The menu begins with radish and carrot with Japanese vinegar followed by three types of sashimi. Continue with simmered tiger prawn with egg sauce, grilled cod with Saikyo bean paste, vegetables and grilled rice cake with Bonito flake soup and end with a soft green tea pudding.
