Chef de cuisine Jason Manson and guest chef Jordi Gimeno from Barcelona, Spain will be cooking up a Spanish buffet featuring dishes such as tapas, sea and mountain paella, black rice and gazpacho. Wash it down with sangrias and a selection of Spanish wine available on the menu. There will also be live cooking demonstrations and individually crafted food tags which include recipes to make it a complete Spanish experience.
