Tujo Valentine's Day set menu

Before having slow-cooked salmon, avocado and mango timbale for starters, the menu teases your palate with seared scallop and pepper tian as the amuse-bouche. Next, you will be served with double boiled duck consomme to warm up for the main course of Asian braised Australian beef brisket and langoustine mousseline sausage. Finish by sharing a dessert duo of peach with raspberry coulis and almond chocolate terrine. Dinner is served with two glasses of Royal Sangria and wine, with a choice of coffee or tea.
