The Italian restaurant has devised 'his and hers' menus, one for the lady and one for the gentleman. The 'for her' menu features dishes like cream of fennel soup with truffle quail soft poached egg and dill, rocket salad with sautéed scallop, lobster, beef bacon and hazelnut in strawberry vinaigrette and the fillet of monk fish with pan-fried duck liver.

For the gentleman, dishes like grilled beef medallions with pan-fried duck liver on black truffle mash potatoes and strawberry Champagne terrine with lobster and foie-gras mousse will surely satisfy. As dessert, all diners will enjoy the warm chocolate soft heart cake with green pepper flavored mango compote and champagne sauce.
