As for the premium Master Kobe specials, there will be the juicy grilled Master Kobe flat iron steak served with smoked truffle butter, sauteed potatoes and balsamic grilled vegetables and grilled Master Kobe chuck tail flat served with Milanese style risotto cake, summer vegetables and spicy Sicilian tomato salsa. For a more casual choice, try the burger served grilled Master Kobe steak with Roma tomatoes, fried onions and mustard relish in a Parmesan ciabatta.
