Wagyu beef will be crowned the main feature at Tosca, as the restaurant offers six different cuts of the premium meat. The prime rib, tenderloin, rib eye, sirloin, short rib and rump will be seared to your liking accompanied by truffled mash, creamed spinach, sautéed Brussels sprouts, roasted potatoes with herbs and baked potato gratin. All are priced between RM130++ and RM280++. On May 9, a six-course wagyu-themed wine dinner will see mains like Wagyu ravioli, followed by limoncello samplers as dessert.
