The genre of pretty-restaurant-with-an-East-meets-West-menu recently welcomed a new addition to its growing repertoire – Goodsaltz. The team – a partner of which is the restaurateur behind Brotzeit and (the now closed) Garibaldi – aims to serve comfort ‘Western’ food spruced up by local flavours, not too far off from the ethos promoted at Delicious. Think salmon baked with kapitan spices and cabbage kerabu, and fried spaghetti with masala spices.
