Time Out says

Translated as ‘cafe’ in Japanese, Kissaten mainly offers local favourites and continental staples such as pastas, pizzas, salads and sandwiches. In addition to the classic teh tarik, illy coffee, lam mee, and kuay teow soup, try the unique dessert of vanilla ice-cream topped with pumpkin cream. Japanese snacks can be found as well, such as the onsen tamago (Japanese styled boiled egg). Also available are a variety of fresh juices, yoghurt and smoothies.
