Cedar on 15 Valentine's Day menu

Take in panoramic views of the city skyline with your other half at Cedar on 15 this Valentine's Day. The special four-course menu showcases ideal cuts of meat and fresh seafood prepared by Executive Chef Kenneth Chee, complemented with an optional glass of sparkling wine or a mocktail. Dinner starts with salmon and scallop tartare top dish, followed by double boiled quail consommé. Lemon and lime sherbet on ice cleanses the palate before moving on to char grilled wagyu beef loin of pan seared cod fish. Finish with melba lavender jelly mousse and chocolate pralines while a violinist plays contemporary pieces.
