Bonsai, also known as plantings in low-sided pot, is an art form of using miniatures trees to grow in containers. This niche gardening practice was picked up by the Chinese, Japanese as well as the Vietnamese. Discover the many different species of Bonsai and learn how to care for them at this museum exhibition. There are also short courses (RM150) that guides you to cultivate the plant as well. If you're not interested to grow one yourself, purchase these potted plants from the stalls at the museum. An auction will also take place for buyers to bid for the most special-looking Bonsai.
