Summer Sunday sessions in the city don't get much better than this

Fresh out of Montreal, Barcelona, Lisboa and Dubai, Piknic Electronik returns to Melbourne this summer for Sunday boogies, bevvies and food truck sampling. This year, it'll be returning to the Sidney Myer Music Bowl in Kings Domain.

Originating from Montreal, Piknic Electronik will bring a line-up of DJs to provide the tunes every Sunday from February 4 to April 8.  That's nine Sundays and nine opportunities for you to finish the weekend in style.

The complete line-up is listed on the website. Highlights include Luke Hess and Molly (Feb 4), Steve Rachmad and Deetron (Feb 11), Agents of Time (Feb 18), DJ Seinfeld (Mar 4) and Derrick May (Apr 1).

Feel like a break from the music? Venture into the Piknic Market for some summer shopping. Local traders will be selling everything from locally designed and made clothing to jewellery. Later, grab a meal and a drink from an array of local food trucks.

The Sunday sessions are also family friendly (kids can enter for free!). The young ones will enjoy Petit Piknic, a space for fun and interactive workshops and activities.

Please note: Piknic Electronik will be taking a week off on Sunday March 11.
