Every time we turn around there's another burger joint opening in Barcelona. Grabbing a burger can be easier on the wallet, restaurants can show off their imagination and occasionally, good taste. The Snob puts the hamburger in the spotlight. It's one of the newest burger joints, and the last word in hamburgers.
A highlight is the Stroganoff, a variant on the Russian dish of the same name with a creamy mushroom sauce. The burger boasts 180 grams of select Galician meat, on a base of rice pilaf and stroganoff-style sauce, made ridiculously well by chef Octavio. The daily set lunch menu is budget-friendly and features a number of appealing non-burger dishes, including eggplant 'canelones' stuffed with tuna and grilled vegetables.
