Mercè 2013: Fatoumata Diawara + Sanjosex & Chicuelo

During La Mercè, the Av de la Catedral becomes a window on the world. And tonight it will show you a Malian landscape as painted by Paris resident and singer Fatoumata Diawara (10.30pm), who writes and arranges songs that combine the rhythms of his country with hints of soul, funk and jazz. Later, singer-songwriter Carles Sanjosé finds out what new musical paths the great Catalan flamenco artist Juan 'Chicuelo' Gómez can show us (12.30am).
