At the back of a beautiful old building converted into a health-food shop is this cosy little bar, where everything from the wine and beer to the milk used in the fair-trade coffee, is organic and cheap - not a common combination. Should anything ail you, the amiable staff will make up an appropriate medicinal tea from the shop's stock of more than 100 herbs.
