The 'Dry Bar' is, in fact, anything but, and its ethically friendly choices range from local beers and organic wines to fair-trade Brazilian cachaça. It opened a few years ago, and despite a quiet location rapidly gathered a following for the quality of its Italian-Spanish vegetarian dishes and tapas, its fresh milkshakes and a heavenly home-made chocolate and almond cake. Those who run it are keen advocates of the Slow Food Movement.
