Low ceilings, Gothic arches and subtle lighting make dining in this former stables a cosy affair. Formerly known as Diez, it is now under Argentinian manage- ment and the focus is on grilled steaks of various cuts, empanadas and other specialities of the region. It’s not all hearty gaucho fare, however, and some less predictable options include 'caprese' salad, Catalan 'escalivada', grilled octopus with lentils and cod with a garlic mousseline.
