Located in the interior park at l’Illa Diagonal, the Iboo has undergone a transformation: while it used to specialise in auteur cuisine, it now serves a wide range of tapas and small dishes. They have introduced lots of new, quirky culinary inventions, two of the most popular being the salmorejo with diced ham, and the tomato and mozzarella gnocchi.
