The restaurant Ikibana Paral·lel is located in Barcelona a few meters from the metro station: Poble Sec. The cuisine is based on classic Japanese cuisine fused with a Brazilian style that manages to give the dishes an unique personality. Tokyo and Sao Paolo are the origen of this restaurant gastronomy reference in Barcelona and its emerging cultural diversity. Ikibana Paral.lel takes full advantage of the fusion between Japan and Brazil and offers unique flavors always based on a few quality ingredients. This is a gathering of experiences and styles between East and West. Bet on attention to detail, impeccable presentation of the dishes and the unique atmosphere that get through a large place with soft lighting and background music. Also fantastic installations open to two streets through the large windows that they own. In the kitchen we found the chef Alfonso Aranda, director of a whole orchestra of professionals who develop and innovate a wide selection of dishes Nippon-Brazilian. Taste its perfect tempura, sashimi varied or uramakis variety of textures and surprising spicy provocations.
