The owner isn’t in the guide books, and she doesn’t like people phoning up to book tables. Once this bodega sold wine and aperitifs, but now the barrels are just for decoration. The menu, which is recited aloud, depends on the market, but there’s always good fish and meat. The rice dishes with fish and vegetables are outstanding.
