The Melic del Gòtic space walls are the last remnant of the convent of Montsió XV century wich they were part of the south wing of the building and their habitats were for penance cells. Years later, the rest of the convent was moved stone by stone to the top of the city. During the following centuries was used as a wine cellar for the monks of the convent, later as a tavern and now as a restaurant. Legend has it that every time a piece of these stones can be seen, the kindly spirit that community sprouts in the premises. The Melic del Gòtic offers a wide variety of meats cooked on the charcoal grill, accompanied by a selection of salads and side dishes. All ingredients are indigenous and representative of the Mediterranean diet. The wine list offers wines of the land, Crianza and Reserva of the top vineyards.
