Pork restaurant is a truly dedicated to only pig dishes, snout to tail, cured, salted and especially wood-fired "I-rational". So PORK, boig per tu! A food concept and a great tribute to the quality of this unique and unrepeatable product of Mediterranean culture. The alliance of two families involved and intertwined in the love of traditional products and Rovira Viñaspre. Led by Iñaki and Oriol, the two families have turned to this project to make a space that comes from pig breeding, care, feeding and processing to ensure traceability to the table PORK, boig per tu!
