A place for fine cuisine, in the uptown area of the city. Noted for its superb market cuisine, highly original and tasty. Try the delicious cod with pigs’ trotters, with capers or ratatouille, and the chef also recommends: belly of tuna with celery purée, bean sprouts and ginger, or tuna in mille-feuille with caramelised peppers, onions and goat cheese.
