For all the laid-back charm of the cosy, brown and beige leather-clad interior, the true magic of Congo resides in its gorgeous, spot-lit summer garden, which ranks among the city's best outdoor drinking spaces. There's no better place to enjoy an icy Bossa Nova (rum, brandy, galliano, passion fruit and honey) as BA's sticky summer reaches boiling point. Lengthy queues form from midnight, and no wonder, it's probably the most happening bar in town.
