With locations scattered across both the Americas, this pizzeria chain has got gourmet pie-tossing down to a science: roll the dough to make the thinnest crust possible, top it with fresh greens and sharp cheeses, and serve it up in a slick space lit by vibrantly coloured lanterns. Salads and pasta are on the menu too, but the best bet is one of Piola's signature pizzas, like the smoked salmon and ricotta-topped Rimini or the leafy Praga, a white pizza piled high with various toppings.
