Cape Town City Ballet review Rate it
Dating from 1934, South Africa's leading ballet company is still going strong and consistently putting on productions of an international standard. The focus is on reinterpreting classics like Giselle and Carmen, but from time to time contemporary pieces like rock ballets or tributes to James Bond and the tango are stirred into the mix. It's also involved in various outreach programmes.
