Yet another multi-award-winner in the Constantia Uitsig stable, this swanky restaurant, with chef Luke Dale-Roberts at the helm, wows foodies from across the globe. Try the hand-chopped kudu (a kind of antelope) tartare for starters and move on to the likes of springbok medallions with celeriac purée in a rich port and truffle sauce, or sweetbreads glazed in truffle jus with almond and cardamom cream. Look out for the great winter lunchtime specials. This is a true gourmet destination.
