Black mussels in Thai green curry sauce are spiced just right, while the deep-fried prawns in kadaifi pastry with Cajun butter sauce are a crunchy treat. Mains are equally elegant, with seafood taking centre stage (salsa verde-topped line fish on braised baby marrow and butternut mash, say) and meat coming in at a close second with dishes like duck breast glazed with lavender honey and peppercorns, served with braised celery and apple.
