Good day
I have visited your Waterfront Cape Town Shop on 27th September, and bought a pair of shoes, on my way to the airport, to fly back to Windhoek Namibia.
I have only discovered this morning that I have returned home with 8W (right side) and 10W pair of shoes.
I am wearing a 10W.
Unfortunately, I am traveling abroad tomorrow morning and will contact you on my return to Namibia, to make the necessary arrangement for the exchange of the one shoe.
